What happens when you cannot think of a blog title? You write!

Tuesday, I was ready with my blog title, "The Boys are Back in Town" thanks to Thin Lizzy. I was already welcoming back Toure and Clichy and dismissing Nasri. Now I know some Gooners were behind Sam but please understand this. Nasri was on his way to becoming a true Arsenal stalwart and hero, his comments in the press about ignoring the Shiteh rumours were so encouraging, a man who knew where is future lay, a possible Arsenal captain and all round great guy. So Gooners voiced their opinion on Tuesday, in my humble opinion (mine not GFS blah blah) warranted and deserved. Money talks and loyalty walks. So hopefully he will understand how we Gooners feel and will think again when making future promises to whatever club he plays for. Fans have long memories!

Anyway a superstar had to be brought on to beat our youngsters. the only decent shot they have and beat us. Yes I am disappointed, I was hoping we could return and get the trophy this year but how proud was I of the Arsenal team that was out there. Committed, exciting, to be honest a real prospect for us in the future and as a committed Gooner I say thank you boys. You did us proud. We were the better team for the majority of the game and if the Ox can get first team games out of this I for one am a happy man.

Next title was one of Stings "Saturday's too late, but the games from yesterday made me re-think again. Manure lost to of all teams the Eagles, now as being in the Brighton area this will not be a good result for Seagulls in they are the biggest rivals but hell......what a shot and goal. A well deserved win.
Spuds lost too. So teams above us, what ever team they put out are not looking great so really looking forward to the games in December as who knows what will come next?

By the way loved the banter twitter from Frimpong to JW. Pffff, hilarious and great to see the Dench shirt at the end with the handbags with Nasri. As for Chelski wanting to buy him in Jan? Two hopes and one is Bob!

The Bruce has gone from the mackems, oh O'Neil favourite to take over again? Lazy journo's strike again, by the way reading the reviews of our game in the press did you know we have not won a trophy for six years?

A big 125th Birthday Arsenal, from Dial Square to today, thank you for being just that team, The Arsenal!

Well that's me for now, more on Wigan soon and bring on the Ox and Mr Frimpong for Saturday, so looking forward to the next few games.
Laters,
The Dog
